Sec. 2. (a) Beaver Dam Lake in Dubois County is a small lake that is owned, leased, or operated by the city of Jasper, a political subdivision as defined in IC 36-1-2-13.

(b) Beaver Dam Lake is exempt from the prohibition established under IC 14-15-3-10 against the operation of a motorboat in excess of ten (10) miles per hour each day of the week (Sunday through Saturday) from sunrise to sunset.
