Sec. 2. (a) Oil production sales volumes shall be reported using the volume of oil as measured at the time of sale following custody transfer and from which the division of interest is calculated.

(b) Natural gas and coal bed methane production sales volumes shall be reported using the volume of gas measured at the time of sale following custody transfer from which the division of interest is calculated using a pressure base of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) psia at sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

(c) The production report shall include the following:

1. (1) Operator name.
2. (2) Lease, farm name, or production unit.
3. (3) Production month and year.
4. (4) Purchaser number or lease number assigned by the oil and gas purchaser to the lease or the well for accounting and production payment purposes.
5. (5) County of production.
6. (6) Pool or field name.
7. (7) Section, township, and range.
