Sec. 68. "Horizontal drain hole" means the portion of a well bore with seventy (70) degrees to one hundred ten (110) degrees deviation from vertical drilled at least one hundred (100) feet into the producing interval beginning at the point where the well bore penetrates the producing interval and ending at the farthest point drilled within the producing interval.
