Sec. 6. (a) The application fee for a permit transfer is fifteen dollars ($15) an application for the first fifty (50) applications submitted simultaneously.

(b) If an applicant submits more than fifty (50) applications for permit transfer simultaneously, the application fee is:

1. (1) fifteen dollars ($15) an application for the first fifty (50) applications; plus
2. (2) ten dollars ($10) an application for each additional application.
