Sec. 73. (a) The fee for a resident duplicate license is three dollars ($3) per license.

(b) The fee for a nonresident duplicate license is three dollars ($3) per license.

(c) A person is not required to pay a duplicate license fee under subsection (a) or subsection (b) if the duplicate license is:

1. (1) printed from an online license account; or
2. (2) printed not more than five (5) calendar days after the person purchases the original license from an authorized license retailer.
