Sec. 68. (a) This section applies to the following:

1. (1) An apprentice nonresident youth yearly license to take a deer with the following equipment:

   1. (A) A bow and arrow.
   2. (B) A crossbow.
   3. (C) A firearm.
   4. (D) A muzzleloading shotgun or muzzleloading handgun.
   5. (E) An air gun.
2. (2) Taking a deer in a deer reduction zone.
3. (3) Taking a deer under a first or second antlerless license.
4. (4) Taking a deer on a property that is owned or managed by the military or a national wildlife refuge.

(b) The fee for an apprentice nonresident youth yearly license to take one (1) deer is thirty-nine dollars ($39) per year.
