Sec. 42. (a) An individual who holds a license under this section may take only a wild turkey.

(b) The fee for a nonresident yearly license to take a turkey during the spring turkey season is one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) per year.

(c) The fee for a nonresident license to take an extra turkey by a means, in a location, and under conditions established by rule adopted by the department during the fall turkey season is one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) per year.

(d) An individual must purchase a nonresident yearly license to take a turkey under subsection (a) and subsection (b) to take a wild turkey during both the spring turkey season and the fall turkey season.
