Sec. 4. (a) The fee for a commercial fishing license to fish on inland waters is forty dollars ($40) per year and includes four (4) gear tags.

(b) The fee for additional gear tags to fish on inland waters is twenty dollars ($20) per year for four (4) gear tags.

(c) The fee for a commercial fishing license to fish on the Ohio River is two hundred dollars ($200) per year and includes ten (10) gear tags.

(d) The fee for additional gear tags to fish on the Ohio River is twenty dollars ($20) per year for ten (10) gear tags.
