Sec. 19. (a) The fee for an inland roe harvester's license is one thousand three hundred eighty-five dollars ($1,385) per year.

(b) The fee for an Ohio River roe harvester's license is one thousand three hundred eighty-five dollars ($1,385) per year.

(c) The department may issue:

1. (1) not more than fifteen (15) roe harvester's licenses under subsection (a); and
2. (2) not more than fifteen (15) roe harvester's licenses under subsection (b);

each year.
