Sec. 2. (a) The fee for a nursery grower certificate and inspection is:

1. (1) fifty dollars ($50); plus
2. (2) three dollars ($3) an acre;

each year.

(b) If the inspected area is less than one (1) acre, the fee is:

1. (1) fifty dollars ($50); plus
2. (2) three dollars ($3).
