Sec. 5. "Bentonite slurry" means a mixture, made according to manufacturer specifications, of water and commercial grouting or plugging bentonite that contains high concentrations of solids. The term does not include sodium bentonite products that contain low solid concentration or are designed for drilling fluid purposes.
