Sec. 20. "Public water supply well" means a well that provides a source of water to a public water system as defined in 327 IAC 8-2- 1 that serves either of the following:

1. (1) At least fifteen (15) service connections used by year-round residents or regularly serves at least twenty-five (25) year-round residents.
2. (2) At least fifteen (15) service connections used by nonresidents or regularly serves twenty-five (25) or more nonresident individuals daily for at least sixty (60) days per year.
