Sec. 6. To qualify as credit under this rule, as provided in IC 25-1-4-0.5, a course must be an orderly process of instruction:

1. (1) approved by an approved organization, as defined by IC 25-1-4-0.2, or the board; and
2. (2) designed to directly enhance licensed professional geologists' knowledge and skill in providing geological services relevant to the profession of geology.
