Sec. 10. Credit is not granted for any of the following:

1. (1) Education obtained before licensure.
2. (2) Motivational classes or seminars.
3. (3) Board meetings.
4. (4) Business, social, or other noneducational professional group or subgroup meetings.
5. (5) Committee work with local, state, or national professional organizations.
6. (6) Staff meetings.
7. (7) Courses repeated during a renewal period, except for courses under section 2(a)(1) of this rule.
8. (8) Routine safety training, including training through HAZWOPER, OSHA, and MSHA.
9. (9) Incomplete courses.
