Sec. 4. The department does not administer a sealed source and device registration program. A manufacturer or an initial distributor of a sealed source or device containing a sealed source that is subject to this article shall submit a request for evaluation of radiation safety information about its product and for its registration to the NRC under 10 CFR 32.210.
