Sec. 4. The police chief executive training program will consist of not less than forty (40) hours of instruction, participation, and examination and shall include, but not be limited to, the following subject areas:

1. (1) Liability.
2. (2) Media relations.
3. (3) Accounting and administration.
4. (4) Discipline.
5. (5) Department policy making.
6. (6) Firearms policies and other lawful use of force.
7. (7) Department programs.
8. (8) Emergency vehicle operation.
9. (9) Cultural diversity.
