Sec. 1. The Indiana law enforcement academy shall charge each attendee of a course established under IC 5-2-1-9, conducted at the law enforcement academy or through a remote training platform, the following applicable fees:

1. (1) Basic training course (Tier I): one thousand dollars ($1,000).
2. (2) Preservice tuition basic training course trainee (Tier I tuition trainee): eight thousand five hundred dollars ($8,500).
3. (3) Town marshal and conservancy district marshal basic training course (Tier II): five hundred dollars ($500).
4. (4) Basic training course for investigators (Tier III): fifty dollars ($50).
5. (5) Police chief executive training course: two hundred seventy-five dollars ($275).
6. (6) Instructor training course: two hundred seventy-five dollars ($275).
7. (7) Psychomotor skills instructor training course: two hundred seventy-five dollars ($275).
8. (8) Prebasic course: fifty dollars ($50).
9. (9) Refresher course: fifty dollars ($50).
10. (10) Waiver of basic training course: fifty dollars ($50).
