Sec. 1. The department, in cooperation with the Indiana economic development corporation, as well as the commission on military and veterans affairs and all procuring agencies, shall perform activities and provide educational information to afford IVOSB the opportunity to participate in the state's procurement and contracting processes. The department shall determine where and when the programs are most valuable to IVOSB.
