Sec. 25. (a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that female juveniles receive the following services, when necessary:

1. (1) Obstetrical.
2. (2) Gynecological.
3. (3) Family planning.
4. (4) Health education.
5. (5) Pregnancy management.

(b) Provision of pregnancy management includes the following:

1. (1) Pregnancy testing.
2. (2) Routine and high risk prenatal care.
3. (3) Lactation procedures.
4. (4) Management of chemically addicted pregnant juveniles.

5. (5) Comprehensive family planning counseling, which:

   1. (A) is science based;
   2. (B) is medically accurate;
   3. (C) is confidential; and
   4. (D) incorporates all services allowed under state law.
6. (6) Postpartum follow-up care.

(c) This is a mandatory standard.
