Sec. 26. "Qualified mental health professional" means a clinician who performs mental health services within the scope of being a licensed:

1. (1) psychologist;
2. (2) psychiatric nurse;
3. (3) clinical social worker;
4. (4) social worker;
5. (5) mental health counselor;
6. (6) marriage and family therapist; or
7. (7) addiction counselor.
