Sec. 15. (a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that the facility designates adequate space and equipment needed to conduct and administer religious programs.

(b) The religious services coordinator, in cooperation with the facility administrator, or their designee, approves donations of equipment and materials for use in religious programs.
