Sec. 7. The receiving state shall promptly upon a parole or probation violation notify the sending state. Such reports should specify in detail the violation, and if a crime or act of juvenile delinquency has been committed, shall, wherever possible, give both the official and juvenile's version of the act. Wherever practicable, it should be accompanied by a recommendation of the receiving state. In returning any juvenile, the receiving state shall cooperate with the sending state pursuant to statute.
