Sec. 7. Each CSP, other than providers of commercial mobile service, shall fully and promptly answer all inquiries received from the commission staff concerning services over which the commission has jurisdiction, as provided by the statute. Each CSP shall fully and promptly answer the requests, at the earliest possible date, or as requested by staff.
