Sec. 1. (a) An operator shall do the following:

(b) Records required to document compliance with this rule shall be preserved for a minimum of seven (7) years. Records shall be made available within the state of Indiana, at the office or offices of the operator located in the territory served by the office, or shall be open for remote examination by the commission or its representatives upon request. The provisions of this subsection shall not be construed so as to lessen the period of maintenance of records as specifically provided by law.
(c) Notwithstanding subsection (b), records of pressure tests and maximum allowable operating pressure reconfirmations shall be maintained for as long as the pipeline to which the records relate remains in service.
