Sec. 20. A party may move for continuance of a hearing or filing deadline. Contested motions for continuance of a hearing filed within seven (7) days of the hearing must be verified. If the motion for continuance of a hearing is contested, the moving party must state the positions of the other parties to the case on the issue of continuance.
