Sec. 1. The motorboat registration number issued under IC 9-18.1-14.5-5 shall be divided into the following three (3) parts:

1. (1) The first part shall consist of the letters "IN".
2. (2) The second part shall consist of four (4) numerals.
3. (3) The third part shall consist of two (2) letters, neither of which may be the letters "I", "O", or "Q".
