Sec. 0.5. (a) The definitions in this section apply throughout this article.
(b) "Bureau" means the bureau of motor vehicles.
(c) "Conservation officer" has the meaning set forth in IC 14-8-2-53.
(d) "Motorboat" has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-103.5 [IC 9-13-2-103.5 was repealed by P.L.164-2020, SECTION 29, effective January 1, 2021.].
(e) "Police officer" has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-127.
(f) "Watercraft" has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-198.5.
