Sec. 10. An applicant to be an approved motorcycle skills test examiner must meet the following qualifications:

1. (1) Be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
2. (2) Possess a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement.
3. (3) Have successfully completed a bureau approved motorcycle safety training course.
4. (4) An approved motorcycle skills test examiner must give a minimum of five (5) operational skills tests each year to maintain the approval.
