Sec. 6. A person obtaining a copy of the telephone privacy list shall not disseminate, duplicate, distribute, transmit, or photocopy the list to third parties without the prior written consent of the division. For the purpose of this section, a subsidiary in which a person has a majority ownership interest shall not be considered a third party.
