Sec. 7. As used in this article and 11 IAC 2, and for the purposes of IC 24-4.7, "residential telephone subscriber" means an individual who:

1. (1) subscribes to or for whose use another person subscribes to telephone service associated with the individual's residential address, including:

   1. (A) landline;
   2. (B) wireless; or
   3. (C) interconnected VOIP service; or
2. (2) is a user or purchaser of prepaid wireless calling service described in IC 24-4.7-2-2(b).

The term includes the individual's spouse.
