Reassignment of certificate of salvage title; violation

  1. (a) A dealer licensed under this article may reassign a certificate of salvage title one (1) time without applying to the bureau for the issuance of a new certificate of salvage title.
  2. (b) A dealer that violates this section commits a Class A infraction.
