Ind. Code § 9-32-6-10 – License plate use prohibited on leased vehicles

(a) Dealer license plates may not be used on a motor vehicle that:
1. (1) is required to be registered; and
2. (2) has a fee charged by dealers to others for the use of the motor vehicle.
(b) A person who violates this section commits a Class A infraction.
