"Watercraft dealer" means a person that sells, offers to sell, or advertises the sale of at least six (6):

1. (1) watercrafts;
2. (2) trailers designed and used exclusively for the transportation of watercrafts; or

3. (3) trailers sold in general association with the sale of watercrafts;

   within a period of twelve (12) months.
