1. (a) "Personal information" means information that identifies an individual, including an individual's:

   1. (1) digital photograph or image;
   2. (2) Social Security number;
   3. (3) driver's license or identification document number;
   4. (4) name;
   5. (5) address;
   6. (6) telephone number; or
   7. (7) medical or disability information.

2. (b) "Personal information" does not include:

   1. (1) the name of a dealer owner;

   2. (2) the name of a representative of a:

      1. (A) manufacturer; or
      2. (B) distributor;
   3. (3) the name of the zoning official who signed a dealer license application or zoning affidavit related to a dealer license application;
   4. (4) the name of the lessor of a dealer's established place of business;
   5. (5) the name of a dealer's registered agent; or

   6. (6) the name, address, or telephone number of the established place of business of a:

      1. (A) business; or
      2. (B) dealer.
