Ind. Code § 9-32-19-12

"Proprietary part"

As added by P.L.42-2025, SEC.40.

As used in this chapter, "proprietary part" means a part for a recreational vehicle that is:

(1) manufactured by or for the recreational vehicle manufacturer; and
(2) sold exclusively by the recreational vehicle manufacturer.
