Ind. Code § 9-26-6-1 – Duty to remove glass or other foreign material; violation

(a) A person removing a wrecked or damaged motor vehicle, including a wrecked or damaged golf cart or off-road vehicle, from a street or highway must remove any glass or other foreign material dropped upon the street or highway from the motor vehicle.
(b) A person who fails to comply with subsection (a) commits a Class C infraction.
