Ind. Code § 9-25-5-10 – Nonresidents; proof of financial responsibility

(a) A nonresident must give proof of financial responsibility by having an insurance carrier file a certificate of compliance with the bureau.
(b) A certificate of compliance filed under subsection (a) must conform to this chapter.
