A person may operate a vehicle towing a mobile home that has:

1. (1) a combined overall length not greater than sixty (60) feet;
2. (2) a width not greater than ninety-six (96) inches; and

3. (3) a height not greater than thirteen (13) feet, six (6) inches;

   without having to obtain a permit under this chapter.
