As used in this chapter, "motor vehicle part" means the following:

1. (1) For a motorcycle, the:

   1. (A) frame; or
   2. (B) engine.

2. (2) For a passenger motor vehicle; the:

   1. (A) frame;
   2. (B) chassis; or
   3. (C) body.

3. (3) For a truck or tractor, the:

   1. (A) frame;
   2. (B) chassis;
   3. (C) cab; or
   4. (D) body.

4. (4) For a trailer, semitrailer, or recreational vehicle, the:

   1. (A) chassis; or
   2. (B) body.
