Each license branch shall:

1. (1) collect:

   1. (A) the service charges and fees as set forth in this title and in policies and other documents of the bureau; and
   2. (B) applicable excise taxes under IC 6-6 ; and

2. (2) remit the amounts collected to the bureau for deposit as set forth in this title and IC 6-6 .
