1. (a) The bureau shall give precedence to requests under this chapter from law enforcement agencies and agencies of government for certified copies of records.

2. (b) The bureau may not impose a fee on a law enforcement agency, an agency of government, or an operator (as defined in IC 9-21-3.5-4 ) for a request made under this chapter.
