Ind. Code § 9-14-12-3
(a) For each individual licensed by the bureau to operate a motor vehicle, the bureau shall create and maintain a driving record that contains the following:
(1) The individual's convictions for any of the following:
(5) Any requirement that the individual may operate only a motor vehicle equipped with a registered ignition interlock device.
A driving record may not contain voter registration information.
(b) For an Indiana resident who does not hold any type of valid driving license, the bureau shall maintain a driving record as provided in IC 9-24-18-9 .
