The commission shall submit an annual report to the Indiana economic development corporation. The report must include a description of all activities undertaken by the commission during the prior state fiscal year. The commission shall submit the report:

1. (1) not later than September 30 of each year; and
2. (2) in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
