1. (a) The authority is responsible for the construction, reconstruction, improvement, maintenance, operation, and repair of toll roads under IC 8-15-2 and toll bridges under IC 8-16-1 .
2. (b) The authority shall classify as confidential any estimate of cost prepared in conjunction with analyzing competitive bids for projects until a contract is awarded for the work.
