Ind. Code § 8-9.5-8-0.3 – Transfer of powers, duties, liabilities, records, and property to Indiana transportation finance authority

(a) On April 1, 1988, all powers, duties, and liabilities of the Indiana toll finance authority are transferred to the Indiana transportation finance authority, as the successor.
(b) On April 1, 1988, all records and property of the Indiana toll finance authority are transferred to the Indiana transportation finance authority, as the successor agency.
