Ind. Code § 8-4.5-7-5

Quorum

As added by P.L.83-2017, SEC.1.
  1. (a) A majority of the voting members of the task force constitute a quorum.

  2. (b) To take any official action:

    1. (1) a quorum must be present; and
    2. (2) the action must be approved by a majority of the voting members who are present.
