- (a) Before August 15, 2017, the director of the office of tourism development (before its expiration) shall call the first meeting of the task force for the purpose of electing a chairperson and vice chairperson of the task force. The members shall elect a chairperson and vice chairperson from among the task force's members.
- (b) The task force shall meet at least one (1) time quarterly.
- (c) The task force shall meet at the call of the chairperson.
