Ind. Code § 8-4.5-7-3 – Establishment of Indiana bicycle trails task force; members

(a) The Indiana bicycle trails task force is established.
(b) The governor shall appoint members to serve on the task force.
(c) A member appointed under subsection (b) serves at the pleasure of the governor.
(d) Voting members of the task force consist of the following:
1. (1) Members appointed under subsection (b).
2. (2) The director of the office of tourism development or the director's designee (before its expiration).
3. (3) The director of the department of natural resources or the director's designee.
