Ind. Code § 8-4.5-7-1

"Bicycle trail"

As added by P.L.83-2017, SEC.1.

As used in this chapter, "bicycle trail" means a trail or path that:

(1) includes a corridor along any part of its length; and
(2) is intended to be used for bicycling.
