Weigh-in-motion equipment

The department may:
- (1) plan;
- (2) develop;
- (3) install;
- (4) maintain;
- (5) monitor; and
(6) finance;
electronic weigh-in-motion equipment to facilitate the enforcement of size and weight restrictions under IC 9-20 .
